The planned transformation includes adapting, changing the use, extending, and re-cladding the property to accommodate a private hospital, representing a significant investment in local healthcare infrastructure.

The proposed facility is set to offer a broad spectrum of medical services across two floors, with key elements tailored to meet various healthcare needs. Among the planned features are a reception and waiting area designed to enhance patient experience, as well as an express care/fracture clinic and a fully equipped imaging suite. Additionally, the hospital will house multiple theaters and 74 recovery beds, significantly boosting the capacity for surgical and post-operative care in the area.

The development doesn’t stop at basic medical care. To ensure a holistic approach to health, the facility will include 11 consulting rooms, enabling specialists across various fields to manage patient care efficiently. A physiotherapy suite will support rehabilitation and wellness programs, while a sterile services department will maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. On-site pharmacy facilities will provide essential medications promptly, and staff accommodations are planned to attract and retain top medical talent.
