Healthcare is poised to leap forward in terms of technological change. A new survey by consultancy IDC, in fact, projected that while only 10 percent of providers and payers are currently actively executing digital transformation initiatives that number will reach 42 percent among providers in the next year.
What’s more, 58 percent of payers will be undergoing digital transformation in the same time, according to the survey by IDC Health Insights research director Jeff Rivkin.
