Feeling tired? You can thank the one hour loss of sleep and the Spring forward of the absurdity known as Daylight Saving Time (DST). Now can we just stay at DST for the entire year so that we don’t have to do the Fall back to Daylight Wasting Time (DWT) in November again, only to repeat the sleep deprivation next Spring?
