- Enterprise Partnerships: Form Health has already established partnerships with major employers, including Fortune 200 companies. They plan to build on this success by expanding their reach to additional employers, consultants, and health plans.
- Scaling the Team with ABOM-Certified Physicians: Form Health prioritizes personalized care delivered by board-certified specialists. There’s a limited pool of ABOM-certified obesity medicine physicians in the US (around 8,000), and Form Health will invest in recruiting and training more to meet patient demand.
