Usually, it falls to trained medical staff to ensure that patients leave health care facilities feeling better than they did when they arrived. Though administrators are absolutely necessary for the proper performance of practices, hospitals, clinics, and essentially all health care services, it’s accepted that doctors and nurses are responsible for patient outcomes while administrators function like support staff: sorting files, supervising policies, interacting with non-medical personnel, etc.
