Employers Don’t Have To Pay For Birth Control For Religious Reasons, Supreme Court Rules

The Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that private employers who hold religious or moral objections to birth control can be exempted from providing no-cost contraception to employees through health insurance as mandated by the Affordable Care Act, often referred to as Obamacare, which would expand the number of employers who would not have to comply with the mandate.
