Today, Leschi Elementary School in Seattle, Washington, won’t be open. Not because it’s Friday the 13th or Pick A Pathologist Pal Day. As Dyer Oxley reported for KOMO News, over 100 students and staff have already called out sick with symptoms consistent with norovirus infections. That’s symptoms like bad vomiting, which can be of the projectile nature, and diarrhea. When a school is suffering a possible norovirus outbreak, you’ve got to, in the words of Drake, shut it down.
